All sales are considered final. Refund requests for setup difficulties must be raised within the first 12 hours after the license is granted. Proof that the application is defective (including, but not limited to, video recordings) is required.
We offer a full pro-rata refund for the remaining time on your package in the event of long-term service disruption relating specifically to our tool. We request a grace period of 72 hours to adjust to external updates (e.g., Telegram internal changes).
Refunds cannot be issued for downtime caused by OpenAI or Google Gemini APIs. Since we support both providers, it is highly unlikely both will be down simultaneously.
We cannot refund licenses if your session files are banned, as this is out of our control. To ensure longevity, we recommend using high-quality numbers and clean IPs/Proxies to prevent flags for spam.
Our tool sends periodic heartbeats for license integrity. We monitor successful runtime logs to prevent fraudulent claims of the app not working. You must agree to these terms to use our products.
